For your convenience, we've added a "Live Help" area to our website, found in the bottom right hand corner of your screen at all times. This live help module allows you to chat with a trained customer support representative in real-time. A live customer support representative will usually be available during regular business hours and during weekends.
You can check to see if a customer support representative is currently available for live help by looking in the lower right hand corner of your screen. You'll see a "We're Here!" notification if a customer support representative is available. If one is not currently available or assisting other customers and not able to take new customers on at the moment, you have the ability to leave a message, and one will respond to your inquiry as soon as they are done assisting other customers!
