Finding your Transaction ID is easy! Simply navigate to your purchase confirmation email that was sent when you placed your order, and look for the twelve (12) or seventeen (17) digit number next to the Transaction ID field on the 4th line in the body of the message.
If order was placed with a Credit Card:
Your Transaction ID will always start with a "1" and will be twelve (12) numerical digits only.
If order was placed through Paypal:
Your Transaction ID will include letters and numbers, and be seventeen (17) characters -- a mixture of both numbers and letters.
How to Find Your Email Address
Your email address is simply the email account associated with your purchase. This is the same email address that your purchase confirmation email was sent to. It needs to be in the [email protected] (or .net, .edu, etc. if applicable) format.
